About Counsellor:
Dr (Lt Col) Murlidhar Nambiar has over 3 decades of experience in Armed Forces and Coporate career. He has held leadership positions as Head HR, COO and as Board of Director of leading organisations. Was selected to lead the Indian NCC delegation to International Cadet Exchnage program (ICEP) at Singapore in 2005 which was attended by student delegations from US, UK, Hongkong, Brunei and Singapore. He has trained over 5000 students of various universiites and colleges in Karnantaka and Chattisgarh in personlity development, making right careerc choices, profile building and leadership skills. As head of NCC outfit, has trained students from Christ University, Jain University, CMR University, Garden City University, Bishop Cotton Boys school, Baldwins Boys High School, Cathedral Boys High School, Venkat Interantional schools and several other institutions. He has the distinction of sending maximum students (cadets) to represent India in Youth Exchange Programs at UK, Singapore, SriLanka and other countries.
He is an alumunus of XLRI Jamshedpur and is a PhD in Managment studies. As a 'Certified Assessment Centre Analyst' and 'International Certified Career Coach' his areas of interest are career guidance, psychometric assessment, profile building and helping students make right career choices.
