Your Career Coach, Gitanjali Sarkar wears many hats. She is an Engineer from NIT Surat, MBA in HR from one of the top 5 B Schools in the country (XLRI Jamshedpur), has been an HR professional for a decade, is a Life Coach and Career Coach, an education researcher and a mother to a lively 6 year old.

She has gained rich industry experience across industries like Technology, Manufacturing, Education, Fashion & Retail in organisations like IBM, Asian Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Pidilite and Teach For India.

In her previous avatar as a Learning and Talent Professional, she has been responsible for crafting the learning as well as career growth journeys of 1000+ employees in several organisations. This experience as well as her own career journey has made her acutely aware of the problems with career related decision-making in the country - which leads to widespread dissatisfaction with career amongst individuals in their 30s and 40s. This awareness has prompted her to dive into the field of Career Coaching and Career Exploration with a view to transform this space.

Gitanjali holds prestigious Career Coaching Certifications from ICF - International Coach Federation, USA (the only globally recognised credential for coaches across the world) as well as CDA - Career Development Alliance, USA. She works with both teens as well as working professionals to create a life and career that makes them truly happy and fulfilled.
