Also he is a Dale Carnegie certified licensed trainer endorsed on various adult learning skills and Certified Professional from ANLP, ECNLP, California Hypnosis Institute and TRACEs too. He is playing the role of consultant for various organisations from India as well as Middle east . He has 16 years of multiple industrial experience and training experience.

He has hands-on experience in developing content curriculum and delivering customized training sessions for various skills.
