Lalita Datar has been training, guiding, motivating, and shaping young minds and adolescents since 2005. She has 21 years of experience in dealing with mental health issues. She is also a corporate trainer and has experience more than 12 years.

She is a Certified Professional in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Metaphoric Regression Modalities, Master in Neuro-Linguistics programming, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Certified Career Counsellor and Life coach,Flower Remedy.

She administers and delivers various kinds of information related job opportunities and new upcoming career opportunities across the country for the youths. The unique model design of her program makes her different from the crowd.

Currently, she is counselling many aspiring students and professional people to achieve their dreams. Not only in career counselling she is mainly expertise on addiction of various types and has a good research on it. She is trying her best to serve society by changing the vision of people impacting various lives for a better future.
