Nilesh is a certified career counsellor with more than 11 years of working experience in human resource management with renowned MNCs. He has also done a P.G. diploma in psychological counselling. He is very sincere and passionate about his work. He is a dedicated individual who loves to help and guide people in their careers.

He has done his MBA (Marketing & HR) from Sinhgad Institute of Management (Pune); post which he worked into human resource management for more than 11 years with MNCs. Facing hurdles and challenges in his own career and overcoming them inspired him to help people from his heart to make informed career decisions and succeed in their careers.
