Mrs Ramaa Sankar is an internationally Certified Career Counsellor CDA & NCDA, U.S.A., BCPA, ACCPH, UK , Certified Overseas Education Consultant, Certified Psychometric Analyst, Certified POSH Trainer, Corporate Consultant . She is also a Master Trainer for AIEF ( the All India Education Federation) She has over two decades of experience in the field of Guidance and Counselling of adults and students alongside being a transformational coach & mentor.

She has coached and counselled adults and students across the globe, in multi cultural environments and specialises in dealing with people empowerment endeavours at all levels. She focuses on providing guidelines and frameworks for personal and professional excellence.

Her career guidance technique encompasses the use and support of extensively researched; accurate, validated tools that help students plan their career paths. She also provides them with developmental plans for areas that need more focus and provides a road map to understand their strengths, potential, interest, and abilities along with areas of improvement. This paves the way for a successful career path and enables students to choose the next course of action with confidence.

A keen observer, she can pick up the right clues (verbal & non-verbal) and have a great rapport with her students. She is highly energetic and enthusiastic and possesses a rich experience in working in multi-cultural environments.

She highlights alternate career routes and provides a backup plan if required as the case may be for a successful future. She has independently counselled groups of students from DPS (Delhi)(Bangalore), Sanskruthi School (Pune), The Welhams school (Dehradun), St. Paul Mittal School, Ludhiana ,DPS, Ludhiana and the Indian Language School, Nigeria. Apart from this she is guiding private Students from different parts of India and abroad.She has also conducted CSR coaching sessions for United Way Students in Mumbai United Way improves students lives by mobilising the caring power of communities to advance the common good.

She has also conducted numerous webinars, and seminars for the All India Education Forum, International Business Leadership Summit 2022, and the University of Warwick, UK.

Her vision is to lead students from confusion to clarity and equip them with tools to enhance their academic performance and provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to make well-informed career choices. She champions credibility, mindfulness, life strategy, and positivity to all her stakeholders. Her principles of coaching include self-awareness, resilience, resourcefulness, emotional intelligence and developing a growth mindset.
