Turning Point is founded by Rupan Sharma. Rupan Sharma is a career guidance expert and professional psychologist. A post graduate in psychology, she has worked as a freelancer career guidance expert with some of the key career counselors such as M/S Dheya and M/S Virtulite for over two years prior to setting up Turning Point in 2015. She is certified career Counsellor by Psytech International Ltd, UK and Certified Career Development Facilitator by Dheya Career Mentors (India) Pvt Ltd. She was visiting consultant for counseling of students and faculty at Annapurna International School of Film and Media (AISFM), Hyderabad.
