I am focusing more on the Counsellor platform from last year. However it's been a part and parcel of my professional life since 15+ years. 

I have assisted my seniors and juniors in various companies as a Mentor, Therapist, Counseling,  Transformational Coach and Consulting.

I always established myself as a EFFECTIVE and SINCERE Professional in whichever company I worked. My Leaders TRUSTED me always. I never let them down. If ever I made a mistake I used to get that to their attention apologetically.

I therefore used to create a lasting impression with my strong rapport and was empathetic towards my colleagues and juniors. I was more of a friend to them and that's how they used to feel very comfortable sharing their troubles and weaknesses. Therefore providing me an opportunity to work on their weaknesses and bring them on a good platform by continuing coaching, mentoring and budding.

I feel very blessed and fortunate to have such Seniors, Managers and Leaders to work with.

I was provided effective trainings on professional development. I use my skills, experience and knowledge to enhance my counselling job more effectively.

I believe that to gain anyone's attention and support you have to be a confident people's person.

The true mantra to be successful in life is " BEING GENUINE U "
