My present role is to build a suitable career path through holistic career guidance for children from the age of 12 onwards.  Many factors in life such as priorities, passion to follow, learning skills, decision-making skills all are somewhere connected to our childhood days. Children are aware of their passion but need a little nudge towards the right path in making the right decisions throughout their journey.

My role as a career counselor is to aid the younger generation to understand their passion and to focus on their goal and to create a healthy work-life balance as they grow up.

Am a HR Generalist, with over 15 years of experience in the IT and Manufacturing industry, I've handled recruitment, appraisals, training and development, employee engagement and organizational processes and procedures Started my career with Ford India, as a Trainee in the LAUNCH coordination Team, where I was responsible for HR activities in the launch department. Associated with Start-up companies, my experience includes a broad spectrum from rolling out Policies and Procedures on Recruitment, Training and Development, Appraisal and statutory compliances. Exhibited operational & Leadership skills for the start-up and regular stream of business. Always explore adaptive nature and face a challenging environment. Being in this field helped me understand and interact with various individuals. My professional experience has made me to become a ‘People-person’. Evolving day by day with such interactions, I discovered my interest in supporting future leaders to unleash their potentials.
