is a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and has Six years of experience in Child Guidance Department along with doctors and psychologist.
In these six yerars she has conducted various Psychometric test for students. After analysing their aptitude , personality , interest, career values, Skills and abilities she has prepared reports and guided them to choose right career path and occupation according to their aptitude and interest. She has also conducted Study Skills session of about 3 hours which helps the students to study in Smarter way rather than doing hard work. In this Study Skills Session various tops like Time Management, Time pie chart, Time Matrix, Motivation , Goal setting . She also teaches Mind Mapping techniques, Note Taking Methods and various tips and shortcuts for remembering answers, how to remember dates in history and how to improve memory by using methods of registration , retention, reviw and recalling. This study Skill session helps students to improve their focus and concentration and improve their grades in class. Study Skill session helps students to develop their holistic personality wherein students develop their Decision Making ability and Build confidence in them. She also guided and mentored students in to visulize and execute their higher education and career plans. Her Vibrant and goal oriented Nature has been instrumental in her abilityto provide guidance to the students and youth who are confused about the career choice and career path and occupation.
