Why should your clients send referral leads to you?
For money?
No.
They will send you referrals, only:
- If they are convinced about your solutions and overall experience.
- Only if they can absolutely trust you with their reputation.
The competition in the service industry is very high.
Your client can convince others, only if they are 100% certain about your company with no fear of embarrassment.
Comment below, if you think quality solution and exceeding client s expectation will generate not only quality referrals but also make it as a reliable lead source.

career counsellor voiceofvipinThe important question for a referrl is, whether can I expect same 100% quality consistently everytime. As rightly mentioned, the expectations of the client is muc higher when they are referred by someone and we need to be mindful about it.
Providing referral will surely boost businesses. However, Excellent delivery to service and absolute trust in performance will surely give room for referral.
If i can t trust your service, I can t spoil my reputation. But if I can rely solely on your service, I can vouch for you at any level.
Absolutely agree. Counselors are like doctors. If the patient is satisfied with the treatment then he would refer to others. A pleasing personality with empathy are add ons for referral and lead generation.
You are right, but only one reference makes further reference, doctors and counselors may differ, doctors' reference income

You are absolutely right. Counsellors are like doctors. Very well put.
Your genuine approach to aid them...and if they are content with your service they would definitely send referrals
The good and honest interpersonal bond with them during the same process.
In my opinion we can expect good when we do something good with 100 percent integrity. Referrals will be automatically gained based on our contribution towards each and every client in hand.
